The Geo Group has for years entered many competitions that have won us prestigious awards and consolidated our position on the housing construction market. We have received distinctions both from organizations and individual clients in the housing development sector.

AWARDS AND ACHIEVEMENTS

2009 ‘BUILDING OF THE YEAR 2009’ is a prestigious competition organized by the Polish Association of Engineers and Construction Technicians (PZITB) in cooperation with the Ministry of Infrastructure and the General Office of Building Control. Two of our investments were acknowledged in the competition: » ‘Złota Brama’ (Golden Gate) at ul. Cystersów in Kraków which won the second prize in the category of ‘housing buildings with an overall value from 30 to 90 million PLN’ » and ‘Villa Vratislavia’ at ul. Dyrekcyjna in Wrocław won the third prize in the category of ‘housing buildings with an overall value up to 30 million zloty’. 2008 In February 2008, the Geo Group was fourth on the 100-top list in the national ranking of housing developers run by the ‘Gazeta Finansowa’ weekly. 2006 r. In 2006, the company was first in the ranking of Krakow housing development companies run by the ‘Rzeczpospolita’ daily, and received a distinction award in the 2006 edition of the ‘Krakow Housing Development Company of the Year’ for its investment at ul. Korzeniowskiego

2004 The Geo Group was a laureate in the competition for the ‘Krakow Housing Development Company of the Year’. Additionally, our clients honoured us with the ‘Golden Hawk’ statuette and the title of ‘Market Leader’ The investment awarded was ‘Dom Mieszczański’ (Bourgeois House) at ul. Mazowiecka 68A. The same investment won the second prize in the national competition ‘Building of the Year 2003’, organized by PZITB. The Krakow branch of PZITB recommended our company for its technical and organizational credibility and good economic standing in the construction sector. The buildings thus distinguished belong to the finest buildings in their categories. They are, in fact, the business card of the Polish construction sector. The awards that we have won are recognized both by professionals and clients who buy their property in the GEO company.
